Fred’s ties to Robert Green and The Robert Green Company extend over 30 years. As Executive VP & Chief Investment Officer, Fred’s wide scope of responsibilities including finance, accounting, legal oversight, asset management, project development coordination, capital raising and business development. Fred’s previous experience includes over 10 years with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, where he served as CFO of Four Seasons’ Branded Residential Division, which included fractional and whole ownership mixed-use residential projects. Fred played a large part in the overall strategic planning and management of the division. Fred also previously founded and operated FGS Realty Advisors, Inc., (FGS), which provides brokerage and advisory services for owners and investors of hotels, resorts and shared ownership real estate. Fred holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Accounting emphasis) from San Diego State University. Fred is a licensed CPA and holds a real estate brokers license with the CA DRE.
